DISSEMINATION MEETING at KNUCA, KYIV, UKRAINE (10-14 MARCH, 2015)
SEHUD consortium participated in meeting at KNUCA for dissemination reason welcomed by Rector of KNUCA. At the same time urgent issues concerning project life were discussed. The following events took place reflected in logics of SEHUD work packages: Meetings to Cambridge, Kharkiv, Athens, Saragossa, Milan & Varna were discussed. Drafts of programs of visits to Cambridge, Athens & Kharkiv were outlined(WP1). Prof. Folli (POLIMI) presented methodology of workshop designed for realization during planned visit to Kharkiv in May 2015. Draft of action plan was developed. Table of training package readiness was presented by UA coordinator prof. Sergeyeva. Contingency plan was developed (WP2).Multimedia class equipped within SEHUD project was opened at KNUCA. Prof. Bronin presented innovative e-learning technologies. KNUCA professors delivered lectures concerning Moodle platform (WP3). KNUCA students participating in SEHUD pilot training presented their project works based on knowledge & experience gained within Module 1 & Module 2 of USD Curriculum. Most of their projects were based on real problems & within environment of Kyiv city. Their work received positive marks by international experts from SEHUD consortium. As a result the students have been awarded by international certificates acknowledging their achievements within pilot training. Prof. Kiousopoulos delivered lecture delivered lecture to UA students of SEHUD pilot phase (WP4). Presentation of USD training package evaluation made by KNUCEA team of evaluators was delivered by Prof. Turlakova. Special matrix of characteristic mistakes was developed. Plan of mistakes’ correction was agreed with UA coordinators responsible for quality control at their universities (WP5). To disseminate experience gained within the project special tour at KNUCA Architectural Faculty where EU partners could make acquaintance with professors & students as well as with their work & methodologies used for educating UA architects. EU partners noticed attention that is paid to drawing & work by pencil that is basics of classical education of architects. At the same time UA students actively use computer technologies in their projects that produce synergy of individual & technological creation (WP6). As one of the prospects of extending & future sustainable collaboration between EU & UA experts planner discussion about the concept of “Identity” in anticipation of possible conference was organized by prof. Lombardini (POLIMI). Visit to the office of Design Company “Dipromisto” engaged into developing master plans of UA cities was organized. As a result SEHUD network was developed by new participant. For developing prospects of collaboration special tour around Kyiv city was organized where members of consortium could see heritage (Kievo-Pecherskaya Lavra, St. Sofia church, Andreievski descent, St. Michail church & St. Andriy’s church), historical sites (“Heaven’s 100” memorial, Maidan (Independent square), sites of sustainable development of UA capital. Welcome reception & visit to folklore site were organized for developing communication in informal atmosphere that created good prerequisite for sustainable collaborative work after project life (WP 7). EU coordinator professor Folli & Dr. Sara Caspani organized financial & working session where POLIMI team presented materials developed together with financial administrator Mrs Anna Rita Ancora. Detailed system analyses reflecting: 1) fulfilment of obligations by consortium partners after POLIMI submission of the request for 2 instalment to EACEA; 2) further bank transfers to the Partners in order to carry out the further essential activities (staff work & travel); 3) sharing of co-financing budget that was previously expected by Crimean partner after suspension by EACEA. Consortium members took part in the work of Financial Desk organized by Dr. Sara Caspani where supporting financial documents in original were selected for reporting. Members of consortium marked brilliant work of POLIMI administration team and solved all problems on the bases of mutual understanding & collaboration (WP8).
